1. Inspiration: Where the Magic Begins
Every collection starts with a spark—an idea that begs to be explored.
Sometimes, it’s inspired by a personal memory, a breathtaking landscape, or even the untold stories that surround us.
Our team gathers images, textures, and colours to create mood boards that serve as the foundation for the vision ahead.
This is my favourite part of the process.
Creativity knows no bounds here, and we can dream freely while imagining the people who will wear these designs.
At the same time, there’s the challenge of balancing those dreams with practicality and ensuring they align with the unique aesthetic that defines Studio Nayéh.
2. Design: From Vision to Sketch
Once the inspiration takes shape, the real work begins. Sketching is where ideas become tangible. Here, we visualise how each piece will move, feel, and complement the body. Each sketch undergoes countless revisions, ensuring the perfect balance between beauty and functionality.
What makes this step special for me is the storytelling. Every line, curve, and detail is intentional, contributing to a cohesive collection that feels like a conversation between the pieces.
3. Fabric Selection: The Soul of the Design
